Violet Mafuwe is a Founder, Creative Designer and Construction Manager of the Studio. She holds B.Arch. from Ardhi University-Tanzania, M. Arch. in Healthcare Designs from University of Rome-Italy and PGD Diploma in Housing and Urban Development from Erasmus University-Netherlands. In addition she holds Masters of Construction Management from University of Dar-es-Salaam.
Her philosophy and work ethic promote authentic, elegance and refinement. She is artistic, well balanced, innovatively detailed, simplistic forms give her work a timeless aesthetic and flexibility.
In 2020 and 2024 she has won prestigious award as the Best Mentor for Women in Construction Mentorship Program in Tanzania.
